Sweat in Style

I’m in a major love affair with yoga and spinning. Like I said before, I used to loathe yoga. Well, not anymore! I love love love it. I’m even talking about going on a yoga retreat with a couple of my friends in the fall. Yes, really! #spiritualbadasses. And spinning! Don’t get me started on spinning. It is life changing. I’m telling you – you come out of 45 minutes of spinning (completely drenched as if you just went swimming) and you feel like you were just in therapy. It’s just the best. I can’t say enough good things about these 2 newfound loves of mine.

This brings me to my next point. Activewear. Yes, you can totally workout and go to a gym class wearing an old t shirt you stole from your ex boyfriend in college (#zbtfolife) with beat up old shorts, but why would you want to do that?! Girl, you’ve heard it before…when you look good, you feel good. When you dress like a badass at the gym, you’re going to workout like a badass and feel THAT much better. It may sound shallow, but it’s true!

And you don’t need to spend your entire life savings on workout clothes (granted, you can, and more power to you), but there are affordable options all around. Whether you’re a workout junkie or you’re trying to get motivated to hit the gym, get yourself some stylish activewear. You’ll be that much more excited to workout, too.

SO, because you’re all my friends (I don’t know a lot of you in person, but I feel we’re on that level after all these years), I’m going to hook you up with some of the coolest pieces of workout attire out there. I could have pulled together WAY more than this, but who has the time for that? I kid I kid. Anyway, keep scrolling for some favorites. And you can easily shop the pieces by clicking the item. You’ll be taken directly to the retailers site. And it’s as easy as that!
