End of the Week, Beginning of the Month

It may be the end of the week (TGIF!), but it’s the beginning of a new month, and with a new month comes a new beginning, in a way. I’m looking forward to a lot of things this month: one of my best friend’s bridal shower is this weekend, I’m relaunching my YouTube channel with some fun new content, continuing with my writing course, another one of my best friend’s (who lives out of town) birthday is coming up, and she’ll be in town for it so I can’t wait to celebrate, my dad’s birthday which I can’t wait to celebrate, as well, and probably what I’m MOST excited for…heading up to Maryland to celebrate my nephew’s 2nd birthday at the end of the month. Lots coming up! Would love to hear what you’re looking forward to in April. Let me know in the comments below or shoot me an email. And, with that, enjoy some recent favorites from around the web (similar to my Lineup series, which I haven’t done in FOREVER). Happy weekend! Hope it’s a great one.

My brother pointed this article out, and I’m so glad he did. If you’re not the biggest fan of flying (me!), and specifically LOATHE turbulence, you might find this article a bit comforting. I did.

5 habits of happy people. My favorite part: ‘Here’s a tip: If you can hold it in your hands, it’s not happiness. If one day your heart is bursting and you can’t put words to it… that’s your heart experiencing joy, the boss of happiness.’

If you’re based in Houston (or want to make the trip in), some lovely Houston bloggers are hosting a workshop called ‘Perform on Pinterest.’ It looks amazing, so check it out if you’re interested!

Speaking of Pinterest, I loved the Camille Styles’ roundup of their favorite pinners. I can’t wait to start following some of these fab looking accounts that I didn’t know about before.

I tried bangs a while back, and they didn’t really work because of my cowlick. I’ve bookmarked this article in case I ever get the courage to attempt bangs again.

I, personally, love Afterlight. Would love to hear what your favorite photo editing app is. And here are some Editors’ favorite photo editing apps.

I want a craft closet like this one. Gimme gimme!
