Rose Quartz

When it comes to wearing color, I go back and forth. Years back I was ALL about prints and patterns. The bolder the better! However, for the past several years now, the majority of my outfits consist of neutrals, and maybe a pop of color here and there.

One color you won’t find much of in my wardrobe is pink. I have nothing against the color, but it’s just not ‘me.’ However, I do enjoy a blush piece here and there. I know that’s still pink so I essentially contradicted what I literally JUST said, BUT blush to me is a neutral. A very light light shade of pink, that sometimes doesn’t even look like it could belong in the pink family, I am on board with.

And did you know – one of the PANTONE colors of the year is just that…a shade of blush, called Rose Quartz. The color of the year is actually a blending of two colors (Rose Quartz and Serenity, which is a light purple/blue-ish color).
