The other day I visited a vintage airstream, and let me tell you, I fell in love! I kinda want one for the backyard I don’t have.
Let me fill you in. Paris Texas Apparel Co. is a clothing line that celebrates the great state of Texas. The men behind the brand (Paul and Patrick) created a way for those who want to show their Texas pride on more occasions than just the Rodeo to have fashionable, everyday options (think colorful ties, fun bow ties, shirts, and more). They then got the brilliant idea to to revamp a vintage airstream that you can use for events, parties, and things of that nature. And I got to check it out, and now I’m itching to plan an event where I can utilize said airstream.
My favorite ties: Chips and Queso (because CHIPS AND QUESO!!) and Texas Prozac (because the name!!)
First and foremost, it has air conditioning if you were wondering. It also has cushy seating, a mini kitchen (sink, fridge, counter), and beer taps. And the wallpaper is made out of old magazines and newspapers. So very cool.
You can rent the airstream to use at a wedding, bachelor/bachelorette weekend, house party, you name it. It can add a very fun, unexpected touch to any sort of gathering.
