Create the Life You Crave

Oh, LIFE. Have you ever struggled with finding your voice? Finding yourself? At some point or another, we have all gone through this, are going through this, or have yet to go through this. And if this isn’t the case for you, well, are you human?! I kid I kid.

Megan, a close friend of mine, told me about Sahar Paz and her book ‘Find Your Voice: The Life You Crave is a Conversation Away.’ Just hearing the name of this book, I immediately knew I would like it. I tend to really get into deep, spiritual sorts of things, and as I’ve gotten older, I appreciate those aspects of life even more.

Sahar Paz is the epitome of an inspiration. Survivor of the Iran/Iraq War, Sahar moved to the states at the young age of 9. She went through the hardest of times (suicide attempts, drugs) and struggled with finding herself. Fast forward some odd years later, and she discovered who she really is, and she uses what she’s learned and dealt with to help others. Like I said, an inspiration!

If you’re interested in learning more, I urge you to check out Sahar’s book HERE.

‘More than a memoir, this book provides a tool for reflection and a guide for tuning in to your authentic inner voice to create the life you crave.’

And, bonus! You can meet Sahar in person! Next Saturday, she’ll be teaching Yoga (yes, on top of everything else, she’s also a yoga teacher!), signing books, hanging out, lots of great stuff! I’ll be there, Megan will be there, Candace will be there..good people. Good times. Details below.
