Classically Kiehl's

Washing-Face

Let me preface this blog post by saying it is NOT sponsored in any way shape or form; I’m just having a major love affair with the well-known leader in the skincare industry, Kiehl’s, and I felt like sharing the love. Up until more recently, I didn’t have an actual skincare regimen. I slowly, but surely, started acquiring more of one, and as of a couple weeks ago, Kiehl’s is my new best friend (along with Randy in the Highland Village store who was super helpful). I’m obsessed with this line of products. Actually obsessed.

I have to admit I was slightly confused when Randy was discussing the products with me. I had him write up the exact order and how much of each I should use. So, guess what, I’m going to divulge that info with you. Not to toot my own horn (totally about to toot it though), I’ve been told by 3 people now that I look like I’m glowing the past week. Randy had promised for those results, and let me tell you, Randy didn’t lie.

And, with that, my favorite products and information on each. Let’s glow.

Kiehl's-Collage

My Skincare Regimen:

Face Cleanser: I don’t use a Kiehl’s product for this only because I had one that wasn’t used up, but eventually I’m sure I’ll switch this product over to Kiehl’s, as well. Sidenote – scrub your face when you wash it at night to get all the dirt and makeup off, but in the morning you can cleanse very gently, as your face shouldn’t be getting too dirty while sleeping, and you want to avoid dryness.

Cucumber Herbal Alcohol-Free Toner: I’ve been using this one for a little while now, and I love it. It’s refreshing, really gets the extra dirt off, and doesn’t dry out your skin.

Powerful Strength Line Reducing Concentrate (Morning – 3 pumps): This goes all over your face, avoiding the eye area.

Midnight Recovery Concentrate (Before bed – 4-5 pumps): This goes all over your face, avoiding the eye area (and if you rub it in between your hands before, it’ll heat up and feel extra amazing).

Ultra Facial Cream: My absolute favorite face cream that I’ve EVER used. Hands down.

Powerful Wrinkle Reducing Eye Cream: I’m 27 and just now started using eye cream; apparently I could have even started a few years ago. This will help prevent future wrinkles from coming about. Even if you have no lines, it’s good to use this. You just need a very small amount dabbed on your ring fingers and lightly pat around the eyes.

Ultimate Strength Hand Salve: An amazing hand cream worth using as much as your little heart desires.

No Shine Moisturizing Lip Balm: I don’t think a caption is needed for this one, but feel free to use as often as you’d like.

I’ve never actually tried anything from Kiehl’s – recently a couple stores opened in Vancouver and clearly I need to go in and check it out!

I’m obsessed with Kiehls body butter (so luxe!) but I have yet to try any of their face products. I’ve heard great things about their moisturizers, though!
