When You Only Have 20 Minutes to Work Out

Is Mercury in retrograde or something? Because this week has been an off week. Maybe it’s just me? I’ve been feeling blah. Anyone else feeling it? It’s been hard to shake, BUT one thing that has helped has been breaking a sweat. And while I love going to the gym and to different classes, sometimes I don’t want to leave the house. Yesterday was one of those afternoons. I got home from work and totally vegged out. I knew I wanted to get a little workout in, but didn’t want to leave the living room! Enter: YouTube!

If you are feeling like you don’t want to head to the gym and/or you only have 20 or so minutes, try the following videos (all from Blogilates, who I have recently become obsessed with). They’re fun and you’ll feel great afterwards. I’m a big fan and did them all last night while my spaghetti squash was in the oven (yes, I ‘cooked’ and got rave reviews even!).
