Are you sitting down? Because you’re NOT going to believe this. I just started liking avocado not even 2 weeks ago. No joke. Welcome to the 21st century, Julie. I know everyone and their mother (and brother and step sister’s cousin’s daughter) loves avocado. I know I’m the only one who didn’t. Way back, I did eat guacamole very rarely, but then I went through a (multi-year) phase of not liking avocado in any way, shape, or form. Not anymore, my friends. I’m all about this delicious fruit (it’s a fruit right?). Now that I’m in a love affair with avocado, I’ve been looking for recipes and snack ideas incorporating my new found favorite food. Don’t get too excited – I am not ready to eat avocado plain. Maybe one day. But for now, check out the recipes I can’t wait to try. #avocadoaficionado

This is so funny, because I just started liking avocados 6 months ago!! And for awhile I was spending so.much.money on Central Market guacamole. Now I make it from scratch at least 2-3 times a week – love it!
FWIW, Torchy’s here in Houston has the *best* guacamole ever. Now that you like it, you have to try theirs!!
